       Thank you Ballard Lock & Key.  I was locked out of my loft this afternoon, without my cell or anything other than my dog for that matter.  One of my neighbors was kind enough to call Ballard Lock & Key for assistance saying he'd had them help him with a lock out in the past.  The locksmith arrived within 20 minutes of the call, picked my lock without damage, allowing entry almost immediately and came in $15 less than the estimate quoted.  It was $65, total, using my credit card and a receipt was sent to my email account.  I'm very thankful, and satisfied - it was a positive experience considering it was a Seattle snow day, with many folks imobilized and the fact that I needed to get back to work online, via computer which was in my apartment..........Sandra K.
